To address the concerns of several community members the LCC is looking into putting up permanent Emergency Detour signs on Lake Blvd since Lompico Rd is semi-regularly closed.
The Traffic Times were first implemented in 2017 when several mudslides closed Lompico Rd for weeks. Prior to implementing the Traffic Times several vehicles collided or drove off the narrow single laned Lake Blvd. These permanent signs will remind residents and alert guests & emergency personnel of this established community safety procedure.
30" x 24" Lg Signs (left): $70 ea
12" x 24" Sm Signs (below): $50 ea
8' Post Kit: $20 ea

The LCC is in contact with Chris Frank with the Lake Blvd Road Association and Santa Cruz County to pursue permission for implementing the project.
